Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo - the first production Porsche in history station wagon, which is a modification of the model Panamera second generation. The public premiere of the Panamera Sport Turismo took place in March 2017 at the Geneva Motor Show.

In length, the Panamera Sport Turismo remained the same as the base hatchback (5049 mm), the height was increased by 5 mm (1428 mm), and the trunk volume increased from 495 to 520 liters under the shelf and from 1304 to 1390 - under the ceiling with folded rear seat backs. In the hybrid version, the traction battery takes up part of the usable space, so the luggage compartment of the electrified version holds from 425 to 1295 liters. Other differences between the station wagon are enlarged rear door openings and a lower fifth door opening.

Formally, the Panamera Sport Turismo is a five-seat car, but due to the massive central tunnel at the back, the creators of the station wagon indicate a 4 + 1 seating formula. Already in the basic equipment there is an electric drive for the fifth door, a smooth adjustment system when closing the doors, LED headlights and LED taillights with integrated 4-point brake lights and a light line. In addition, the model is offered in a configuration with two separate seats on the second row.

Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo received an active spoiler above the rear window. At speeds up to 170 km / h, the spoiler drops down by 7 degrees, reducing drag. At higher speeds, the aerodynamic element rises one degree, increasing downforce. In Sport and Sport Plus modes, the spoiler rises already at a speed of 90 km/h. And when driving with the sunroof open at speeds above 90 km / h, the wing is used to reduce the level of noise in the cabin, rising up by 26 degrees.

The Panamera Sport Turismo has a fully galvanized light-alloy body with aluminum and steel elements. The hood, doors, side parts and fenders are made of aluminum.

The list of options for the station wagon is the same as for the hatchback: rear wheel thrusters, adaptive suspension with three-chamber air struts, active roll reduction stabilizers, ceramic composite brakes. You can choose the color and interior trim materials, install 18-way front seats with memory function, conventional or tinted LED matrix headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus, panoramic roof, night vision assistant, lane keeping assist with traffic sign recognition, adaptive cruise control, BOSE or Burmester audio systems, four-zone automatic climate control and other equipment.

Also available for the Panamera Sport Turismo is an optional luggage space management system. Among the various components of the system for safe transportation are two rails integrated into the luggage fixing surface, four luggage attachment points, as well as a luggage compartment net. As an option, the luggage compartment can be equipped with a 230 V electrical outlet.

The station wagon is available only in all-wheel drive versions with an 8-speed "robot" PDK. On the Ukrainian market Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo is presented in the following versions:

• Panamera 4 (petrol 3.0 V6 turbo, 330 hp, 450 Nm). Acceleration 0-100 km / h in 5.5 seconds;
• Panamera 4S (petrol 2.9 V6 bi-turbo, 440 hp, 550 Nm). Acceleration 0-100 km / h in 4.4 seconds;
• Panamera Turbo (4.0 V8 bi-turbo, 550 hp, 770 Nm). Acceleration 0-100 km / h in 3.8 seconds;
• Panamera 4 E-Hybrid (petrol 2.9 V6 bi-turbo and electric motor. The total output of the installation is 462 hp and 700 Nm). Acceleration 0-100 km / h in 4.6 seconds;
• Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid (petrol 4.0 V8 bi-turbo and electric motor). The total output of the installation is 680 hp. and 850 Nm). Acceleration 0-100 km/h in 3.4 seconds.

Serial production of the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo started in July 2017. The model is produced in Germany.
